About This Event

The Talon Trot 5K & Fun Run is suitable for participants of varying ages and activity levels.

Lace up and hit the ground running as you take on a scenic course that showcases the best of Stockton’s beautiful campus! You'll start on the track, weave through the dorms, and charge past the North Athletic Fields before diving into the wooded trails that wind around the legendary Lake Fred.

With a mix of fast flats, shaded forest paths, and a thrilling finish back on the track, this is more than a race — it’s a campus adventure you won’t forget.

Talon Trot 5k October 10th

Start Time: 9:00am

Race will start and finish on the Track

(Registration/Packet Pick-Up 7:45am—8:45am)

Talon Tikes quarter mile on the Track at 9:45am

Registration/Awards will be outside near the track/bleachers

All runners will receive a commemorative race t-shirt and will be treated to recovery drinks, fruit, and energy bars.

🏅 Commemorative Medal: Make your race day even more memorable by purchasing a commemorative race medal for just $10 during registration.

Awards will be given to the top three finishers in the men's division, the women's division and the top finisher (one) in each age group: Female Age Groups Male Age Groups 5-14 5-14 15-19 15-19 20-29 20-29 30-39 30-39 40-49 40-49 50-59 50-59 60+ 60+

TALON TIKES! FREE quarter mile youth race for kids under the age of 12 following the 5K. All race finishers will receive an award.

Net proceeds from the event will support the Men's and Women's Cross Country and Track and Field Programs.
