All aboard and full speed ahead, tie up your laces for the 2026 Run for Reed for all RUSD Schools! The Foundation for Reed Schools event supports the specialist programs at Reed, Bel Aire, and Del Mar schools. There is a 1/2 mile course just for PreK and Kindergarten students. All other students will be running(walking) a fun 1 mile.
This event is for your RUSD students and kicks off the Foundation's annual 2026-27 Family Giving Campaign to raise $2M for RUSD. Run for Reed begins and ends at Blackie's Pasture and takes the runners around McKegney Green and the South Knoll field. And continuing the tradition... the Del Mar Dragons get to dash through a blast of COLOR during their R4R color run! It’s an experience you cannot miss!!!
Awards will be announced in a post race awards ceremonies to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place girl and boy finishers in each grade. NEW: this year we'll announce the winners after Reed School runs, then after Bel Aire School runs and lastly after Del Mar School runs. Let's RUN and have FUN!
BIB NUMBER AND T-SHIRT PICK UP: Please pick up your runner’s race bib and t-shirt ahead ~ the T-shirts vary in size and only so may available as we need to guesstimate (and order inadvance) there are limited t-shirt sizes and they vary (You are allowed to pick up for friends as well.vary items (if any) will be available on race day.
We will have tables outside of the Tiburon Peninsula Club (1600 Mar West, Tiburon) for race bib and t-shirt pick up on:
