Mill Chill 4M

The Four Mile will start and finish at The Rocky Mount Mills, and take runners on a scenic view of Rocky Mount's Battle Park.  This park runs parallel to the Tar River, and shortly before the halfway point, crosses the river over what was once the longest wooden suspension bridge in the US.

​The 1.5 Mile Fun Run and Walk will start with the Four Mile race and will turn around shortly after entering the park.  This shorter distance is perfect for young participants, or participants who require walking.
