    About This Event

The Mountain Lions XC running program, provides a fun and encouraging environment for Elementary school aged children (5 - 11 years), to learn the basics of XC running over a 6-week period. They will learn good running form, improve both strength and endurance, in an environment that is focused on the enjoyment of running. All of our running programs are held twice a week after school, and at a different local City of Boulder or City of Louisville Park.

Over the course of the 6-week program, participants will have the opportunity to compete in 2 x FREE XC meets. These XC meets are designed for the kids to gain confidence in themselves, and their running ability, with the focus on competing with kids that have similar abilities.
