Christmas in the Valley is a family fun event brought to you by the Valley City Community Group each year. The holiday market has a little something for everyone! Start the day with the Fabulous 5K and Family fun walk where every registrant receives a cozy race long-sleeve t-shirt and a medal, shop over 70 vendors, help crown the winner of the chili cook off with your vote, and there are plenty activities for the kiddos!

Start this festive day right with the Christmas in the Valley 5K! The 5K run or Family Fun Walk is stroller and dog friendly so grab the family and your favorite friend and dash through a winter wonderland to make your holiday brighter than ever!!

This premier event is December 13th 2026! The race will kick off downtown Valley City at 10AM.

Registrations after December 1, 2026 are not guaranteed a shirt on race day. If your size is not available, an order may be placed after race day.
