Everyone registering for the training must fill out Tristar Martial Arts' waiver, linked at https://sparkpages.io/forms/?frm=_Ycs. This is in addition to the waiver you'll be acknowledging as part of the registration flow when you sign up for this.

Anyone attending should dress for movement. We will be training on mats. No shoes may be worn, but people can wear socks that have a grip on the bottom, or just have bare feet.

Note we need to cap this at 30 registrations, so don't delay. We will have a waiting list, so if you register and find you cannot make it, please let us know so someone on the wait list can be added. Or you can follow the flow from Refund Policy > Request a Refund.

You must be a club member on the day of the class in order to register.

If you’re not a club member, you can join at https://runsignup.com/fsrc. If you are renewing a membership, you can renew at https://runsignup.com/Club/SearchForRenew/668.

If you think you are a paid member of the club and you can't register, please check the spelling of the name you used to join the club, using https://runsignup.com/Club/SearchForRenew/668. The system checks for a matching birth date, so please check your RunSignUp profile. If this still doesn't offer the ability to register for the race, email membership@steeplechasers.org for assistance.

Finally - if you currently have an individual membership and would like to upgrade to "Two-In-Household" or "Family" membership in order to get the free race entry for family members, contact our membership committee at membership@steeplechasers.org.
