The 3rd Annual James Campbell Memorial 5K is now proudly serving as Race #1 of the Kanawha Valley 5K Winter Series!
The event will take place at Dunbar City Hall on December 12, 2026 (Race Starts at 9AM).
James Campbell Memorial 5K - Pricing Oct 1 - Oct 31 = $25 Nov 1 - Nov 30 = $27.50 Dec 1 - Dec 11 = $30 Race Day = $40
Participants ages 17 and under receive 30% off registration to help keep kids moving and active this winter!

This special event honors the life and legacy of James Campbell, recipient of the 2023 APTiming Inspiration Award and a dedicated volunteer at local races. Whether you run, walk, or cheer others on, you’ll help carry forward his love of community and commitment to supporting others.
All proceeds benefit the James Campbell Memorial Scholarship Fund, helping West Virginia high school seniors with a passion for chemistry pursue their academic dreams.
Participating in the full Winter Series? Series participants receive a hoodie! Individual James Campbell Memorial 5K shirts will still be available for purchase separately.
