This family friendly event is a 5k run/walk for all ages. We encourage everyone to participate in this untimed family friendly event, which will take place along the same route as the Houtzdale Days Fireman's Challenge course. The Houtzdale Revitalization Association Gobbler Run 5K Run/Walk is a healthy activity for folks of all ages and of all levels of fitness. The goal is to promote camaraderie, exercise, pride, and wholesome FUN for all.

Registration is $25 for age 13 and over. A Race tee shirt is included if registered by November 1. Participants twelve and under are free, but do not receive a tee shirt. One may be purchased on this website for $18.

Proceeds benefit the David Wulderk Memorial Pavilion and all other HRA projects. All donations are appreciated.

Each participant is eligible for a prize drawing. Chances will be given at in-person registrations on 11/14/2026.

Event details: Saturday, November 14, 2026. Check-in between 9:00-10:00 am at the David Wulderk Memorial Pavilion at 600 Good Street in Houtzdale. Race begins at 10:00am.
