    About This Event

Support NAMI Greater Wheeling and raise awareness for mental health by kicking off your morning at 9:00 AM with our STAIRS FOR STRIDES 5K or Family Friendly Mental Health Mile throughout East Wheeling!  Each participant will receive a sweat head band, wristbands, & participation coin for doing the 5K or the 1 Mile.

For our Stairs for Strides 5K climb up 350 STAIRS to show that MENTAL + PHYSICAL = HEALTH!  Our Family Friendly Mental Health Mile has no stairs.

Stay after the race and join us from 10 AM-6 PM for our WHEELING FOOD TRUCK FESTIVAL @ Heritage Port, Wheeling.

Enjoy your lunch & dinner from over 20 food trucks and vendors while checking out the mental health resources available in our community!
