Packet pickup: Race morning starting at 7:00 A.M. in the Shoals Christian Gym. Most runners arrive between 7:00 and 8:30 A.M.

What time should I arrive?
Most runners arrive between 7:00 and 8:30 A.M. to allow time for packet pickup and warm-up.
Can I register on race day?
Yes. Race-day registration is open until start time, while shirts last.
Are strollers allowed?
Yes, but please start toward the back for safety.
Are pets allowed?
For safety and USATF compliance, pets are not allowed on the course.
Is the race timed?
Yes, professionally timed by Race Ready Events.
Are both races certified?
Yes, the 5K and the 1-mile courses are USATF-certified.
Where do I park?
Parking is available on-site at Shoals Christian School.
Do I have to be an experienced runner?
No. All ages and paces are welcome, including walkers for the 1-mile.
