It's baaaaack! Time for women to show their physical skills, inspired by the NFL Combine! Prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd in each age group, which will be determined by judges at each test! ALL skill levels welcome! Physical tests will include the following: vertical jump, 40 yard dash, chest press, broad jump, 3 cone drill & shuffle drill! There will be a MOM twist for all tests

$35 to participate, proceeds will go to the North Penn Valley Boys and Girls Club, the Wissahickon Valley Boys & Girls Club, and the Indian Valley Boys and Girls Club. Any questions, please email Danielle BTGworkouts@gmail.com!
