Atlanta Victim Assistance, Inc. invites you to lace up your sneakers and join us for our third annual #AVA5K Run & Walk in recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month—an exciting event that brings the community together to honor survivors, raise awareness, and promote healing. Whether you walk, run, or cheer from the sidelines, your presence is a show of solidarity for survivors of abuse!
This event is in partnership with the Atlanta Police Department - Domestic Violence Unit.
RACE DAY SCHEDULE:
9:00 AM - Check-in begins 10:00 AM - 5K race start 11:15 AM - Closing ceremony and winner's awards

Doubled loop inside of Grant Park Complete the route twice to finish the full course

Grant Park Gateway, Car Park (Most Accessible) - Located at 759 Boulevard SE, Atlanta, GA 30308. This is a paid lot with a cost of $3/hour or $12/day. 1000 spaces available. Street parking - limited spaces available near Grant Park Pool 625 Park Ave SE, Atlanta, GA 30308. Zoo Atlanta Parking Lot - Located at 800 Cherokee Ave SE, Atlanta, GA 30315. This is a paid lot through ParkMobile, anticipated cost $3.50 per hour. Less than 100 spaces available.
