~ Sighting ~ Breathing ~ Different stroke techniques ~ Managing swim anxiety ~ Handling contact during a race ~ Starts/exits/buoy turns ~ Putting all the pieces together!

Additional details:

~ No open water experience required ~ Must be able to swim 50 yards continuously ~ Limited spaces available ~ You must complete the 2026 BABE Annual Membership ($10) for insurance coverage to participate in this event.
