    About This Event

    WALK THE WALK

Walkers are encouraged to make a personal donation and collect pledges from supporters.  All online pledges and in-person donations go directly to our Uxbridge SVdP Conference where our volunteers continuously work to provide individuals and families in our community with assistance regardless of religion, race or national origin.  Help us to help those facing economic struggles whether it is paying utilities, rent, groceries, heating, or gas for a car. Together, we can make a meaningful difference through solidarity and compassion.

EVERY STEP counts in our mission to alleviate poverty and provide essential resources to those who need it most.  Join hands with fellow participants and be a part of the positive change in our society.  Together, we can create a brighter, more inclusive future for all as we join together to raise awareness and funds to support those most in need.

Registration forms will  also be available on the day of the walk at our check-in table.  Check in on race day at the rear of the church near the handicapped entrance.

    About SVdP

Inspired by Gospel values, the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul, a Catholic lay organization, leads men and women to join together to grow spirtually by offering person-to-person service to those who are needy and suffering in the tradition of its founder, Blessed Frederic Ozanam and patron, St. Vincent de Paul.  Our Society of St. Vincent de Paul is active in feeding the hungry and providing temporary relief (housing, utilities, medical) to the needy of our area. There is also an ongoing relationship with the People First Food Pantry.
