RAISE Your Hearts Presents: Costumed Crawl 5K Trail Run/Walk Raising Awareness for Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month.
Participate in person or virtually - run, walk, or crawl… do it in costume! This all-levels event is about moving with purpose, not perfection!
Day of Registration: 8:30-9:30 AM
Start time: 10 am at the Van Scott Nature Reserve (VSNR) - Delaware Highlands Conservancy.

What you need to know
Bring Baby/Hiking Carriers, as the trails are not stroller-friendly Along the route, water stations and first aid will be available. Reusable water bottles are encouraged. Registration Fees: $35 for adults, $15 for ages 6-15, and crawlers aged 5 and under are free Additional activities are available: Music from Keller Sound Entertainment Nature Scavenger Hunt Mindfulness Walk with Stations Story Walk Crafts Table Light refreshments
