When and where is package pick up? It will be Friday 11/6/2026 at a location to be annouced. Same day registration and packet pickup will be available on race day as well.

How Far is the run/walk? Its 5k or 3.1 miles.

Are there awards? Yes. Every finisher will receive a medal.

Can I register on race day? YES! Same day registration will start at 845 am. Online and in person registration will be available until race start.

Will water be available? Yes at start and finish lines as well as midpoint of the race.

What can I bring to the event? Strollers, backpacks, military and firefighter gear. Police department and gear as well.

Can someone else pick up my packet? Yes Please bring a copy of your registration receipt.

I would like to donate goods or services to the event. How do I do that? Please email williamsburgrun@t2t.org or Call the race coordinator at 804 580 0250.

How Can I volunteer? You can go online at the registration page and sign up as a volunteer. Help is always needed!

Can I get a refund? We do not provide refunds regardless if you cannot make the date or the foundation needs to cancel the event for extenuating circumstances. Registrations can be transferred to another person. Please make these changes by November 6, 2026.
