Run, Walk, & Wheel a 5K and show support for the MedStar NRH Adaptive Sports athletes!! Whether it's your first 5K, or you are trying to set your personal best, join us!

When: Sunday, September 20, 2026 8:00 am

Where: We will host our live event at OneLife Fitness Tysons (8250 Greensboro Dr. McLean, VA 22102). Or runners/walkers/wheelers have the option to participate in any location and record and report their results within a week's time. Athletes will have the opportunity to put their disciplined training to use, with the added convenience of completing their race mileage right where they are.

What we support: Your participation supports the Adaptive Sports programs at MedStar National Rehabilitation Network, which helps children and adults with physical disabilities to pursue healthy, active lifestyles through recreational and competitive sports.

Registration Fee: 5K Adult: $35 through July 31 $40 August 1 - September 11 $45 September 12 - September 20 (race day) 5K 13 & Under: $25 through July 31 $30 August 1 - September 11 $35 September 12 - September 20 (race day Fun Run: $25 through September 20 (race day)

Online registration will remain open through Race Day. All registrations must be done online.

Swag: A commemorative short-sleeve cotton race shirt.

Packet pick up will be at the race site, OneLife Fitness (8250 Greensboro Dr., McLean, VA 22102), Sunday, September 20, starting at 6:45 am.
