    About This Event

    Race Day Schedule and Location

    The Race to Build 5K and 1-Mile Walk features a competitive 5K on a USATF Official Certified Course and a 1-Mile walk/fun run. The 5K will be a USATF Paul Miller Grand Prix Series worth 500 points. All proceeds will benefit Habitat for Humanity of Bergen County and their efforts to build and advocate for affordable housing in northern New Jersey.

     

    Race Day Schedule and Location

    The course starting line is located by the Overpeck County Park Amphitheater

    Registration/Check In: 7:30AM

    1-Mile Walk: 8:30AM

    5K Race: 9:00AM

    Closing Ceremony and Medals: 10:15AM - 11:00AM

     

    Age Groups and Medals

    Medals: Male and female categories in age groups of 5 years (6 medals per age group/102 medals in all)

    Medal Categories: Under 12, 12-14, to 85+
