Come and celebrate community, unity, and the power of solidarity. We will be running, walking, and having fun while supporting youth education in our communities.

Proceeds from the race and any donations will support La Casa Guadalupana, a nonprofit dedicated to "delivering education, promoting health and wellbeing, and providing comprehensive support services that increase economic opportunity and family stability" in Southwest Detroit Hispanic communities. This year, for every dollar you donate, Friends on Board Foundation will contribute an equal amount, up to a maximum total match of $3,000! Location: Kensington Park, Playfield West shelter. 4570 Huron River Parkway, Milford, MI 48380 Map of Kensington Park Registration starts at 8:30 a.m. Warm-up starts at 9:10 a.m. Race starts at 9:30 a.m. See the route map here.

Other Race Info

Runners and Walkers are all welcome! Strollers are allowed, the road is paved. All runners must be registered to participate. Race directors reserve the right to cancel the event in case of severe weather. Bring your own lunch for a get-together after the race at the Playfield West shelter. There are bathrooms and play area available. Water, refreshments, and protein snacks will be available at the end of the race. There are no refunds. Note that the park charges a $10 entrance fee for those without an annual pass.

Registration Fee Includes:

T Shirts: Shirt size is guaranteed if you register by September 8. Medals provided to all finishers. Awards given to the top three finishers.
