    About This Event

The Dr. J. Noonan Legacy 5K is back for 2026, and this year we’re celebrating the Leaves of Legacy—the individuals, families, physicians, researchers, advocates, and supporters who have shaped the Noonan syndrome community and those who continue to move it forward.

From October 24 through November 1, 2026, participants from across the country and around the world are invited to walk, run, roll, or move their way through a 5K - wherever they are.

There is no starting line and no required course. Complete your 5K in your neighborhood, at a local park, on a treadmill, with a group in your community, or anywhere that works for you. Complete it all at once or break it into smaller distances throughout the week. However you participate, every step counts.

Gather Your Team. Grow the Legacy. Create a team in honor of someone you love, invite family and friends to join you, or participate on your own. Teams can be together in one place or spread across the country—the virtual format means everyone can be part of the same event, no matter where they live.

This event honors the extraordinary legacy of Dr. Jacqueline Noonan, whose work changed the lives of generations of individuals and families affected by Noonan syndrome. Her legacy continues through every person working to increase awareness, advance research, improve care, and build a brighter future for our community.

Your participation helps support the Noonan Syndrome Foundation's mission to support and empower individuals and families affected by Noonan syndrome through education, advocacy, awareness, and research.
