Join us for a 5K Trail Run and Little Leaf Dash to raise funds for the Winston Prouty Center for Child and Family Development!
Come support our mission and enjoy a run or walk through our campus forest and fields.
The 5K route offers miles of beautiful forested trails and stunning valley views. It is moderately challenging with multiple hilly sections.
Walkers and hikers are welcome!
For families and little ones, there is a special half-mile LITTLE LEAF DASH, which will be on pavement and open field, with a slight elevation change. This route is appropriate for young children, strollers and babes in arms!

REGISTRATION*
Advance registration: $27.50 for individual 5K runners/$27.50 per Little Leaf Dash family.
Day of registration: $32.50 for individual 5K runners/$32.50 per Little Leaf Dash family.
Please note, when registering for the Little Leaf Dash, only add one guardian as the registsrant.
*registration fee includes all processing fees
PARTICIPATION GIFT
The first 100 runners/families to register will receive a 2025 commemorative 16oz Klean Kanteen stainless steel cup.
SCHEDULE
9:00am – Registration opens 10:00am – Little Leaf Dash 10:15am – 5K Race begins 11:00am-11:30am– Prize ceremony Competitive prizes awarded first (11:00 AM) Spirit/effort prizes awarded later (11:30 AM)
PRIZES
Best overall 1st & 2nd place Age based: Youngest runner Oldest Runner Best - under 20, 21-40, 41-60, and 60+
The best costume for the 5K and Little Leaf Dash will also be awarded!
*Please note, registration will ask for date of birth for age categories. Please enter a generic date if you would like to opt out of the age category competition.
ACTIVITIES
The event will include family-friendly activities such as pumpkin decorating, leaf rubbing, and lawn games.
REFRESHMENTS
Participants will be provided fresh fruit at no cost. Additional food and snacks will be available for purchase to support our campus & programs.
SUPPORT
