What It Is Our year-end gathering to look back on the year, preview what's ahead, and celebrate our volunteers and CTC Challenge winners. New weekday-evening format this year, with pizza, snacks, and drinks ready at 6:00 PM.

6:00 PM – Arrival, food & mingling 6:30 PM – Year in review, what's ahead, club business & 2027 Race Director intros 7:15 PM –More time for pizza and mingling 7:30 PM – Games, volunteer shout-outs & CTC Challenge awards 8:00 PM – Door prizes, music & social hour
