Kick off your Thanksgiving with one of Boone's favorite traditions!
Join us on Thanksgiving morning for the Boone FLEXgivin' 5K—a fun, family-friendly walk/run that's all about movement, community, and gratitude. Whether you're chasing a personal best, strolling with family, or earning your second helping of pie, everyone is welcome.
Registration includes a commemorative event T-shirt. Register by November 10 to guarantee your shirt.

Prepare for the FLEXgivin’ 5K New to running or ready to get back into it? Our 12-week 5K training program begins September 1 and is designed to help you build up gradually and feel confident on race day.
The program will include a structured training plan, group support, and special sessions covering training, running shoes, nutrition, and recovery. Participate for FREE when you register for the FLEXgivin’ 5K.
Give Back Participants are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item to support IMPACT's food pantry. Together, we can make a difference while celebrating the season of gratitude.
