Responders Ruck is a FREE monthly event at Bells Mill Park in Chesapeake, VA, where first responders, their families, friends, and supporters come together to focus on fitness, connection, and growth.

Bring a weighted ruck or simply bring yourself. We walk approximately three miles at a conversational pace, beginning each ruck with a thought-provoking discussion designed to challenge perspectives and encourage intentional self-leadership.

This isn't about how far or how fast you walk. It's about investing in yourself and connecting with people committed to becoming the best version of themselves.
