Get ready to lace up for a cause this Thanksgiving Day at the FIRST ANNUAL TROUTMAN GOBBLER RUN 5K — proudly presented and sponsored by the Troutman Ruritan Club!
This brand-new community tradition invites runners and walkers of all ages to kick off their holiday with a healthy, festive 5K through Troutman. When you participate, you’re doing more than earning an extra slice of pumpkin pie — all proceeds go directly back into the Iredell community to pay unpaid tech fees for Iredell-Statesville school students experiencing financial hardship and supporting vital local initiatives such as:
Student Scholarships Community Service Projects Family Assistance Domestic Violence Support Elderly Assistance School Tech Fees for Students
Join your neighbors, make lasting holiday memories, and help us build a stronger Iredell County — one step at a time!

A sweet turkey finisher medal to proudly wear at the dinner table An exclusive race shirt featuring a turkey who clearly realized what day it is — basically a tuxedo for Thanksgiving A swag bag filled with treats and snacks

Overall Top 3 Male and Female runners 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place medals in each age category (male & female) in 5-year increments

EARLY PACKET PICKUP: Saturday 11/21 12pm - 2pm and Sunday 11/22 - 12pm -2pm - Lifespan Services 143 Iredell Ave. Troutman, NC 28166
PARKING: Troutman ESC Park or the Gravel lot beside Town Hall
EVENT POLICIES: The race runs rain or shine. Registration fees are non-refundable; Bib numbers must be worn by the registrant to whom they have been assigned; Race bibs must be clearly visible.
