    About This Event

Sarcoma Foundation of America (SFA) is a proud partner of the 2026 Marine Corps Marathon (MCM). The MCM offers an experience for runners to tour the nation’s most recognizable landmarks, while being supported by the men and women of the United States Marine Corps.

SFA invites you to join us in Arlington, VA on October 25, 2026.  When you participate in the MCM, you are choosing to join hundreds of others who want to make a difference for sarcoma patients and their families. Funds raised through our race team drive innovative research for sarcoma.

Secure access to your guaranteed race entry* today!

Runners seeking to join the 2026 MCM SFA race team will receive the following perks:

Guaranteed entry to the 2026 MCM Custom MCM marathon shirt Personal fundraising page Dedicated staff to support fundraising Complimentary registration Note: All runners must commit to a minimum personal fundraising goal of $1,500

Your support will go beyond the finish line when you join our community of teammates from across the country as you train for this incredible event.  Our SFA Team is here to provide support every step of the way!

    Our Marathon Team’s Impact

SFA Marathon Runners have raised nearly $100,000 to support sarcoma research. We hope to raise an additional $20,000 through the 2026 Marine Corps Marathon, to continue to support those impacted by sarcoma.
