At the Victoria Strauss Foundation, we believe love is more than a feeling—it’s a choice, an action, and a force that can change lives. Love is meant to be put into motion.
We put love into motion through dance and education scholarships, hardship support, acts of kindness, mental health initiatives, and community outreach. Every day, we strive to turn compassion into action and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
The Love in Motion Walk/Run is an opportunity for our community to come together to celebrate someone special, honor the life and legacy of someone we’ve lost, or celebrate someone whose light continues to shine in our lives.
Because love doesn’t end when someone is gone. And it doesn’t have to wait for a special occasion to be celebrated. Love lives on in the memories we carry, the people we cherish, and the kindness we give to others.
As you walk or run, you’ll have the opportunity to submit the name of a loved one—someone you’ve lost or someone whose presence continues to bring light to your life—to be honored during the event. Each name represents a story. A connection. A life that matters. A light worth carrying forward.
And with every step, you’ll help put that love into motion for someone else.
100% of proceeds from the Love in Motion Walk/Run will support scholarships through the Victoria Strauss Foundation, helping young people pursue their dreams through dance, education, and opportunity. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we are proud to turn the love and generosity of our community into opportunities that can change a life.
