💜 Adam Downer Memorial Suicide Awareness 5K 💜
🏃♀️🏃♂️ Join us for a day of movement, connection, remembrance, and hope at the Adam Downer Memorial Suicide Awareness 5K on the beautiful campus of Salish Kootenai College in Pablo, Montana.
💜 This annual event honors the memory of Adam Downer, a nursing student whose life touched many within our school and community. Together, we gather to celebrate his legacy, raise awareness for suicide prevention, support mental health, and remind one another that no one walks alone.
🌟 Participants of all ages and abilities are welcome. Whether you're chasing a personal record, jogging with friends, walking with family, or showing up to support a cause close to your heart, there is a place for you here.
🏁 This year's event will feature two races, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, with a full day of activities in between. Throughout the day, participants can enjoy:

🌄 The race route winds through the scenic Salish Kootenai College campus, showcasing the natural beauty of the Flathead Reservation while bringing together students, families, healthcare professionals, tribal community members, and supporters from across Montana.
🎓 Most importantly, every registration, donation, and sponsorship helps support the Adam Downer Memorial Scholarship Fund, creating opportunities for future students and ensuring that Adam's legacy continues to make a difference for years to come.
