For some of us, running clears our heads. For others, it gives us something steady to come back to when life feels heavy. And sometimes, simply putting one foot in front of the other is enough.
On World Mental Health Day, we're moving together.
Run, walk, or complete your 5K however it feels right to you. Your pace doesn't matter. Your time doesn't matter. Showing up does.
As the culminating event of National Run for Mental Health Week, the World Mental Health Day 5K sponsored by Altra brings people together from across the country for one shared day of movement and purpose.
