Take as long as you need, but be ready to start your next loop at the start of the next hour on the race clock. For example, if it takes you 50 minutes to run your loop, you get a 10 minute break to fuel and rest before you start your next loop.

This hourly format will continue for 11 hours. Race as long as you choose or until you are timed out for the next hourly loop.

Those runners still standing after 11 hours will “race” the 12th hour to determine the Summit Survivor Winning title.
