The Foothills Festival 5K returns on Saturday, October 17, 2026, kicking off one of Southern Kentucky’s favorite fall traditions! Join runners and walkers of all ages as we celebrate the annual Foothills Festival with a scenic 5K through the heart of historic Albany, Kentucky.
The race begins at 8 AM Central Time from the Mountain View Park and ends on the Downtown Albany Square. Whether you’re chasing a personal best, competing for an age-group award, or simply enjoying a fun morning with family and friends, this event offers something for everyone.
Experience the energy of the festival weekend as you run through a community known for its small-town hospitality, beautiful fall colors, and lively atmosphere.
