Monsters In My 5k is the second part of the Mind Space Running Series, inviting participants to acknowledge those inner struggles while reminding us that we never have to face them alone. Every step forward is proof that courage isn’t the absence of fear, it's choosing to keep moving despite it.
Whether you’re running for your own journey, supporting someone you love, or simply showing up for your mental well-being, this event is about embracing every emotion, finding strength in community, and discovering that the monsters lose their power when we face them together.
