One of the Maines's last trail races of the season! This event will provide an opportunity for both novice and experienced runners to challenge themselves in the ultra-marathon arena within a local and easily accessible park. The new picturesque East Windham Conservation in Windham, ME has been identified as the ideal setting for this exciting event. To complete the 50k race each runner will have to run a total of 5 x 6.5 mile loops. The 10k is one loop. Each loop includes almost 1000 feet of elevation gain.

Race Overview Date: October 18th, 2025 Time: 7am Start – 3PM Cut Off 5 Laps – 6.5 mi each – 32.5 mi total (Red Blue Purple Trail) 2 Aid station per loop Windham, ME Race Size: 10 - 50 for first year Elevation: Roughly 900 ft of elevation gain per loop

Course Details The race will park and start on the Purple trail at the East Windham Conservation Area. Anticipated start time is 7am. This will be a 5 loop course. Each loop will be run as follows:

-Runners start right on the Purple trail -Stay right on Red Trail -Stay right on Blue Trail

    • 1sr Aid Station located at the parking lot at the Lowell Preserve
    • Head back out staying right on Blue, Red and Purple
    • Return to Aid station at the start/finish at the EWCA parking lot Stations will include snacks, water, and electrolyte drinks. The race has a “no runner left behind” policy, and organizers stay until the final finisher crosses the line. Volunteers will keep track of runners progress. Upon completion of the race, runners will receive a t-shirt. Shirt will most likely be a cotton Hanes. (I hate technical running shirts, as they smell forever after your first run in them) Cut off for the race is 3pm.

DNF does not exist in this race! Each course loop is a 10k. For example, should you run 3 loops and decide to stop, you will receive the finished results for a 30k.
