Curious about the Tobay Junior Triathlon Couse and Triathlon Basics! Prepare for the race with the Lightning Warriors
Cost: $10.00 However you will need a USAT Membership. During Check Out if needed, you can obtain a $10 Youth membership, The Best Membership is a Youth Premier ($30) which expires when they turn 18!

This Course Preview will start in the parking lot after you pass the booth for Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Park in Oyster Bay

What to Expect? Fun and Learning More about the Course and Preparing for a Triathlon. *We will simulate the swim portion, but we will not be physically in the bay to swim.
Helmet Rule:
Note for Safety: Always wear your helmet whenever you are outdoors moving your bike, pushing and definitely, while riding.

Beginner Intermediate Advanced
This is a great way to be comfortable with the course. Keep in mind, this clinic helps benefit our not-for-profit Lightning Warriors Youth Triathlon Team. The Team races locally and nationally.
