Whether you're a seasoned runner, a casual walker, or simply looking for a fun way to get moving with family and friends, this event is for you. Choose between our 1-Mile Walk or 5K Walk/Run and take an important step toward a healthier lifestyle while supporting a stronger, healthier community.
Following the race, participants are encouraged to enjoy our Health & Wellness Expo, featuring free health screenings, wellness education, community resources, family-friendly activities, and local vendors committed to helping you live your healthiest life.
