Strides for Sisterhood is a wellness‑focused community event designed to support the physical, emotional, and mental well‑being of girls and women in our community. The project centers movement as a tool for healing and reflection, creating a space where participants can care for their bodies while strengthening their sense of belonging and self‑worth. The event combines a guided walk/run with wellness‑based activities, supportive dialogue, and an environment that encourages participants to maintain healthy lifestyles. Strides for Sisterhood is intentionally designed to enhance community wellness by fostering connection through movement and creating an environment that supports young women’s sense of belonging and sisterhood.
