Our race proceeds will benefit the Western Pennsylvania Search & Rescue Development Center (WPSARDC) Bluegrass Division.
WPSARDC is dedicated to serving at-risk and vulnerable individuals in Pennsylvania. Since our founding in 2000, we have grown into an organization focused exclusively on supporting these populations.
In 2025, WPSARDC expanded its reach into the Lexington, Kentucky area by creating the WPSARDC Bluegrass Division, bringing its mission of social wellness, civility, and community support to vulnerable and underserved populations throughout Lexington and the surrounding comm
As a Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), we combine specialized emergency response capabilities with a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by vulnerable individuals. This expertise allows us to provide compassionate, effective assistance during times of crisis and emergency.
Our mission is to promote safety, security, and well-being for those most in need. Through quality services, community partnerships, and unwavering dedication, we strive to ensure that every person has access to the support and resources necessary to remain safe and protected.
