The Road to Haines City 70.3 is an eight-week race preparation series designed for athletes who are already training consistently and want to continue building toward a successful race on December 13.
We will build on your existing fitness and focus on race-specific training, pacing, nutrition, execution, and confidence.

Training will be delivered through Final Surge, with weekly coaching communication, group training opportunities, race-preparation guidance, and support throughout the eight-week series.
