Team up with a partner and take on the ultimate HYROX-simulated fitness challenge. This doubles event combines running with functional fitness stations, testing your strength, endurance, speed, and teamwork.

Event Format:

Teams consist of 2 athletes. Compete in Male Doubles and Female Doubles. Partners work together to complete the workout. Running and workout stations are completed throughout the event. Teams will be timed from start to finish. Overall top Male, Female, Mixed pairs will be recognized and awarded prizes. Get your partner, bring the intensity, and see how you stack up!

Prizes will be awarded to the overall top male, female, mixed pairs. Bring your best effort, work together, and compete for the top spot!

Event Overview:

5 Track Laps → 1000m Skierg Skierg set to minimum level 7
5 Track Laps → 50m Sled Push Women (225 lb) Men & Mixed (335 lb)
5 Track Laps → 50m Sled Pull Women (172 lb) Men & Mixed (227 lb)
5 Track Laps → 80m Burpee Broad Jumps (outside lane of track) Chest to floor
5 Track Laps → 1000m Row
5 Track Laps → 200m Farmer’s Carry Women (35 lb each sdie) Men & Mixed (55 lb each side)

*Men and Mixed 2 lbs heavier than official HYROX weight.

5 Track Laps → 100m Sandbag Lunges Women (22 lb) Men & Mixed (44 lb)
5 Track Laps → 100 Wall Balls Women (8 lb) Men & Mixed (14 lb)

*Weights are 1 lb heavier than official HYROX weight.

*Heat times will be released 2 weeks prior to the event date. *Early registration ends October 31st. Prices increase November 1st. *No day-of registration will be available.
