    Rock Springs Demo Run — September 10!

    We're taking our run somewhere a little different this month. Join us at Rock Springs Conservation Area for a fun evening run with shoe demos from HOKA and Karhu!

    Choose your distance:   1 Mile Walk   3 Mile Run   Trail Option

    Try out the latest from HOKA and Karhu on road and trail, then stick around for food and drinks after. All paces welcome — this is about community and having a good time.
