We're bringing Christmas cheer to Venice Beach for a festive morning of running, costumes, jingling bells, holiday music, and classic CaliFlow fun.
And because this is Venice... expect a holiday race with a little extra personality. 🎅🌴🌊
🔔 JINGLE ALL THE WAY! Every runner can add jingle bells to their shoes and bring some Christmas magic to Ocean Front Walk.
You'll hear us coming before you see us!
Santa hats, Christmas socks, ugly sweaters, elves, reindeer, candy canes, Grinches and completely over-the-top holiday outfits are highly encouraged.

We're having a Christmas Costume Contest, so bring your holiday A-game.
Funny, festive, creative, ridiculous... we want to see it all!
🏃 THE COURSE The Start & Finish Line will be located where Windward Avenue meets Ocean Front Walk in the heart of Venice Beach Boardwalk.
From there, runners will head along Ocean Front Walk, taking in everything that makes Venice famous — the colorful boardwalk, murals, shops, ocean views and unmistakable Venice Beach energy.
You'll continue south toward the iconic Venice Fishing Pier before making your way back toward the Start/Finish.

This is an open pedestrian pathway course, so please be courteous to other runners, walkers and members of the public enjoying Ocean Front Walk.

⏰ RACE DAY SCHEDULE 6:00 AM — Parking lot opens 6:00 AM — Race Day Check-In & Bib Pick-Up 7:00 AM — 5K & 10K Start 9:30 AM — Course Closes
Please arrive early enough to park, walk to the Start/Finish, pick up your bib and get ready to run.
🚗 PARKING We recommend using the South City Parking Lot / Venice Blvd Lot:

The lot is located beside the Venice Beach recreation area and famous Muscle Beach and is just a short walk from our Start/Finish area. The public lot opens at 6:00 AM.
Parking is paid, and Venice Beach can get busy, so arrive early and give yourself plenty of time.

We'll have you across that finish line just as Venice is waking up.
Finish your 5K or 10K, collect your medal, take some holiday photos, and then head out with your running crew as the neighborhood's restaurants, coffee shops and businesses begin opening for the day.
