Join us for our next Run Day. This month we are excited to welcome back Appalachian Running Co & Brooks Running!
Appalachian Running Co is dedicated to helping you find your fit, your style and your speed. Come meet and greet learn more about what works best for you to maintain your commitment & dedication to fitness.
When: Sep 27, 2026 at 11:00am Where: The Leaning Cask Brewing Company Race Format: You can choose between the pre-routed 5K (3.1 miles) or 1 mile. Runners of all abilities welcome. Race Details: Check-in/registration will take place in the back of the brewery- in the lot behind the building. The starting line will also start on Lincoln Road so we recommend parking in this back lot.
5K and 1 miles routes will be marked with turning arrows at each turn as you navigate through Springdale. You can run, walk, bike - whatever you like as long as you're moving.
After you finish, join us inside the pub for a free pint on us (only for those 21+) and toast your fitness victory!
Please keep in mind this is a fun run, which means we don't take competition too seriously. Our goal is to encourage healthy exercise and community...and of course beer - burn those calories so you have more room for beer!
