Ruck for the Ribbon is an in-person and virtual ruck/walk that raises breast cancer awareness and supports Sisters Network Tampa Bay.
Participants must carry a backpack or rucksack; added weight is optional. Together, we carry the weight to honor survivors, remember those we’ve lost, and support those still fighting.
📍 IN-PERSON 3K | OCT. 20 Check-in: 3:30 PM | Start: 4:00 PM Meet at the Plant City Army Recruiting Station. Participants will carpool to the trail. Route provided to registered participants. 🏅 Registered finishers receive a medal. 🚫 No on-site registration.
🌎 VIRTUAL 3K/5K | COMPLETE BY OCT. 24 Complete a 3K or 5K anywhere.
🎀 HOW TO LOG YOUR RESULTS 🎀 1️⃣ Go to the Ruck for the Ribbon RunSignup page. 2️⃣ Open Menu → Results. 3️⃣ Select Submit Virtual Results. 4️⃣ Select your registration. 5️⃣ Enter your completed distance. 6️⃣ Upload a screenshot/image of your completed activity. 7️⃣ Select Submit Activity. ✅ 🏅 VIRTUAL FINISHER MEDALS We'll mail your medal after you submit your results and pay the shipping fee.
The first wave of Ruck for the Ribbon virtual medals ships on October 23.
