The Lizzy Hammond Foundation Annual 5K & Fun Run/Walk is a day of community, remembrance, celebration, and fun—all in honor of Lizzy Hammond and the incredible legacy she left behind.

Held each year at the beautiful Sparks Marina, this family-friendly event brings our community together to celebrate Lizzy’s life while supporting the Lizzy Hammond Foundation’s mission of improving inflatable and bounce house safety, advocating for stronger safety standards, raising awareness about organ donation, and giving back to children and families in our community.

The day includes our 5K Run, Fun Run/Walk, costume contest, music and entertainment, food trucks, silent auction, local vendors, activities for kids, and more. Whether you’re a serious runner, walking with your family, volunteering, or simply joining us for the festivities, there is something for everyone.

More than a race, this event is a celebration of love, life, community, and Lizzy’s lasting impact. Every participant, volunteer, sponsor, and supporter helps us continue turning an unimaginable loss into meaningful change.
