The Banjo in the Holler 5K Run/Walk will take place on Saturday, September 19, 2026, in conjunction with the Cumberland River Bluegrass Festival, held September 17–19 in Burkesville, Kentucky.
The 5K will take place in downtown Burkesville and feature a route up and over Alpine Hill and back. Whether you are a competitive runner, a casual walker, or just looking for a fun way to be part of Bluegrass Festival weekend, everyone is invited to participate.

Date: Saturday, September 19, 2026 Check-in/Registration: 7:30 a.m. Run/Walk Starts: 8:00 a.m. Location: Downtown Burkesville, Kentucky Course: Up and over Alpine Hill and back Registration: $20 Proceeds benefit: Cumberland County 4-H Endowment Proceeds from the event will benefit the Cumberland County 4-H Endowment, helping provide opportunities and experiences for Cumberland County youth.
