INAUGURAL 5K RUN & 2-MILE WALK
Move with Purpose. Run in Faith. Stronger Together.
Join us on Saturday, April 3, 2027, at Chain Park at Twin Forks in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, for a morning of faith, fellowship, fitness, and community!
Faith in Motion Hattiesburg is a Christian community event created to bring individuals and families together through movement, encouragement, and meaningful connections.
Whether you're an experienced runner, beginning your fitness journey, or looking for a fun way to get active with your family, there's a place for YOU!
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration opens: November 1, 2026, at 8:00 AM CST
Registration starts at $40 per participant, plus processing fees.
Registration prices will increase as participation grows. Register early to secure the lowest available rate!
Online registration closes April 2, 2027, at 11:59 PM CDT.
👕 OFFICIAL EVENT T-SHIRTS
An official Faith in Motion Hattiesburg event T-shirt is included with registration for participants who register and select their shirt size by March 3, 2027.
Registering after March 3? You're still welcome!
Late registrants can participate in the 5K Run or 2-Mile Walk, but an event T-shirt is not guaranteed.
We encourage everyone to register early!
MORE THAN A RUN
Inspired by Hebrews 12:1, Faith in Motion is about more than crossing a finish line. It's about strengthening our faith, caring for our bodies, encouraging one another, and glorifying God together.
We're planning a morning filled with prayer, worship music, family-friendly activities, refreshments, and community fellowship.
Our prayer is that every participant leaves feeling encouraged in their faith, connected to others, and motivated to prioritize their physical and spiritual well-being.
SUPPORTING LOCAL MOMS
Faith in Motion also highlights the Virtuous Mother RN Mommy Support Initiative, a separate community outreach effort dedicated to supporting and encouraging mothers in our community.
Through this initiative, we hope to provide Mommy Support Packages filled with practical essentials, personal-care items, and faith-based encouragement.
Optional contributions toward this initiative are welcomed but are not required to participate in Faith in Motion.
