This race
Mind Over Miles is our annual 5K centered around mental health, physical wellness, faith, and community. It’s more than just a race—it’s an opportunity to bring people together to move their bodies, connect with others, and create space for conversations about mental and emotional well-being.
Our theme Scripture, 2 Corinthians 10:5, reminds us to “take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.” This Scripture reflects the heart behind Mind Over Miles: recognizing that the battles we face in our minds are real, but we don’t have to face them alone or allow our thoughts to control us.
