Join Generations Adult Day Services on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at the Doran Arboretum in Murray, Kentucky for Sip & Run, Walk or Roll — An All-Abilities Fall 5K!
This isn't about being the fastest across the finish line. It's about movement, inclusion, community, and having a whole lot of fun while supporting a great cause. Runners, walkers, wheelchair and mobility-device users, families, and participants of all ability levels are welcome.
Not up for a 5K? That's ok! We have a 1-mile fun run!
Along the scenic fall course, participants can enjoy nonalcoholic mocktail samples courtesy of The Mocktail Guy, making this a journey with a little extra flavor along the way!

9:15 AM --- Fun Run Begins
Proceeds benefit Generations Adult Day Services, a nonprofit serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, cognitive impairments, aging-related needs, and complex medical needs. Following a devastating fire in 2025, Generations is rebuilding its Murray center and working toward reopening its doors.
