Help us celebrate Skylar’s Golden Birthday—turning 28 on October 28th!
Skylar was always active and loved being involved in sports. She participated in field hockey, track and field, soccer, and running, and she was also a trainer at Solidcore. An active lifestyle was such an important part of who Skylar was, so what better way to celebrate her than by getting together for a 5K in her honor?
The Skylar’s Golden Birthday 5K will celebrate Skylar’s love of fitness, her vibrant spirit, and the impact she had on the people around her. All proceeds will benefit the Skylar Sites Memorial Scholarship Fund, which provides scholarships to graduating seniors pursuing careers in the medical field, helping others just as Skylar did.
Since Skylar’s Golden Birthday falls right around Halloween, we’re adding a little extra fun! Skylar loved to dress up, so we will be hosting a costume contest during the event. Come dressed in your favorite costume and help us celebrate Skylar’s fun-loving spirit!
Whether you’re a runner, walker, or simply want to come out to support a great cause, we would love to have you join us as we run, walk, dress up, and celebrate Skylar’s life and legacy!
