Join us for the Cocoa Cup 5K in beautiful Summerville, SC—a festive race where the miles are fun and the finish line is extra sweet!
Whether you’re chasing a new PR, running with friends and family, or simply here for the hot cocoa, the Cocoa Cup 5K is the perfect way to kick off the season. Enjoy a fun, festive course through Summerville, then celebrate your finish with a warm cup of cocoa and plenty of post-race cheer.
5K Swag Every registered 5K participant will receive a cozy Cocoa Cup hoodie—yes, a warm, fluffy hoodie!—commemorating this year’s event. Finishers can also look forward to a free cup of hot cocoa and other race-day goodies.
Kids Run Little runners can join the fun, too! Registration is required for all Kids Run participants.
A Few Race-Day Details:
The Cocoa Cup 5K will be held rain or shine.
No refunds will be issued
Strollers are welcome!
For the safety and comfort of all participants, please leave your furry friends at home.

Race Day Activities:
Holiday Costume Contest- Dress in your most festive holiday attire to have a chance to win some great prizes
Pictures with Santa & Mrs. Claus- Come to the photo booth and pose with Santa, Mrs. Claus and the elves for some great holiday photos!
Race Day Schedule
7:30am— Packet pickup
9:00am— One-mile Kid's fun run – Ages 12 and under, registration is mandatory
9:30am— 5K Start, followed by holiday festivities, hot cocoa, and the awards ceremony

Saturday 12/19 7:30a-9:00a at the race site under the Fleet Feet tents (Brown Family Park Nexton)
